Where We Deliver
Boltoo currently accepts orders for delivery to the United Kingdom, United States, France, Germany, Austria, Australia and Canada. A destination is available for an order only when it can be selected in the shipping-address step and a delivery option is offered for the products and address entered at checkout.

Dispatch Location
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment location in the United Kingdom. Deliveries outside the UK are cross-border shipments and may be subject to the import charges described below.

Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is currently available for eligible orders to the supported destinations above. The delivery options and any shipping charge for your specific cart and address are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and Dispatch
Processing times can vary. Any processing or dispatch estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking
Delivery time depends on the destination, product, carrier and customs clearance. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, in a shipping confirmation or in an order update is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is provided when it is available from the carrier.

International Delivery Details
The carrier used can vary by destination and product. Please enter a complete address in the local format. If checkout asks for a shipping-address phone number, provide a number the carrier can use if delivery assistance is needed.

Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
For delivery addresses in the United Kingdom, Boltoo collects applicable UK tax through checkout. For delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom, Boltoo currently does not collect customs duties or import taxes at checkout. The destination’s customs authority or carrier may require the recipient to pay import VAT or other import tax, customs duty, and brokerage, disbursement or handling fees before or at delivery. These amounts are separate from Boltoo’s shipping charge and depend on the destination, product value, product classification, country of origin and carrier. A free shipping option does not mean that these import charges are prepaid.

Address Changes
Please review your address before placing the order. Contact support@boltoo.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment has started.

Delivery Problems
If tracking shows a delivery problem, your parcel has not arrived after the estimated window, or it arrives damaged, contact support@boltoo.com with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier.

Returns
Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
