RETRETO NEXT LIMITEDwants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our support team is here

to help you. Here are some noteworthy points to keep in mind when returning a product purchased from Madeinred INC

Standard Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your RETRETO NEXT LIMITEDorder.

  • Make sure you include your original RETRETO NEXT LIMITED Otherwise our team will not be able to issue a refund.

  • If you can'tfind your order number, contact our support team before shipping your unit and they will be happy to find it for you.

  • Only items that were purchased directly from Madeinred INC can be returned to RETRETO NEXT LIMITED.

  • The products compurchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective return and refund policies.

  • If the unit has been used or opened, a 10% restocking fee will apply.

  • RETRETO NEXT LIMITED does not cover shipping costs for returns.

  • Please make sure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all cables, accessories and documentation included at the time of deliveryreception.

Return Shipping Cost Policy:

  • For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

  • For quality-related warranty claims, RETRETO NEXT LIMITED reimburses the shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

Once our support team receives and inspects the returned product, our accounting team will initiate the refund within 2-3working days.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address associated with your order, specifying the refunded amount.

The way the refund is processed depends on the original payment method.

Refund address:

  • Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to our return address. You will get a reply the soonerpossible.

Note: Please do not send the return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of the return.
